This jumper allows you to connect either a 3-pin or a 4-pin fan cable
plug to the CPU fan connector (CPU_FAN). Set this jumper to pins 1-2
if you are using a 4-pin fan cable plug, or to pins 2-3 if you are using a
3-pin plug.
