Power menu

The Power menu items allow you to change the settings for the Advanced Power

Management (APM). Select an item then press to display the configuration options.

Suspend Mode [Auto]

Allows you to select the Advanced Configuration and Power Interface (ACPI) state to be used

for system suspend.

[S1 (POS) only] Sets the APCI suspend mode to S1/POS (Power On Suspend).

[S3 only]

Sets the APCI suspend mode to S3/STR (Suspend To RAM).

[Auto]

The system automatically configures the ACPI suspend mode.

ACPI 2.0 Support [Enabled]

[Disabled]

When set to [Disabled], the system will not add additional tables as per

ACPI 2.0 specifications.

[Enabled]

When set to [Enabled], the system adds additional tables as per ACPI 2.0

specifications.

2.6.3

ACPI APIC Support [Enabled]

[Disabled]

When set to [Disabled], the system disable the Advanced Configuration and

Power Interface (ACPI) support in the Advanced Programmable Interrupt

Controller (APIC).

[Enabled]

When set to [Enabled], the ACPI APIC table pointer is included in the RSDT

pointer list.

APM Configuration

Restore On AC Power Loss [Power Off]

[Power Off]

The system goes into off state after an AC power loss.

[Power On]

The system goes into on state after an AC power loss.

[Last State]

The system goes into either off or on state, whatever the system state was

before the AC power loss.
