• Environment Settings: This function allows you to clear the Express Gate settings
and any information saved by the web browser such as bookmarks, cookies, and
history. The user data is restored to the original default configurations.
After you click Restore System, a confirmation dialog box appears. If you click Yes in
the confirmation dialog box, your system immediately restarts. Re-launch the Express
Gate environment to finish clearing the settings. This is useful in the rare case when
settings might become corrupted.
The first-time Wizard will run again when you enter the Express Gate environment after
clearing its settings.
• Screen Settings: This allows you to choose the screen resolution.
• Volume Control: This allows you to control the volume for your speaker and
microphone.
Using the LaunchBar
Click an icon on the LaunchBar to launch the corresponding application.
Launches the Web Browser for quick access to the Internet.
Launches the Photo Manager album / organizer tool.
Launches the Chat instant messaging tool.
Launches the Skype application which allows you to chat with or call other people
on Skype.
Launches the Configuration Panel which allows you to specify network settings.
If an application stops responding, right-click its icon then select Close to force it to close.
