This option should remain disabled for the normal operation. The driver developer may

Allows you to enable or disable the microcode updation. Configuration options: [Disabled]

Secure Virtual Machine Mode [Enabled]
Allows you to enable or disable the AMD Secure Virtual Machine mode. Configuration

Cool ‘n’ Quiet [Disabled]
Allows you to enable or disable the generation of ACPI_PPC, _PSS, and _PCT objects.

CPU Prefetching [Enabled]
Enables or disables the CPU prefetching. Configuration options: [Enabled] [Disabled]
C1E Configuration [Auto]
Allows you to enable or disable the CPU Enhanced Halt (C1E) function, a CPU power-saving
function in system halt state. When enabled, the CPU core frequency and voltage will be
reduced during the system halt state to decrease power consumption. Configuration options:
