from center of hole.

Device aligned with
mounting holes

CUT DEVICE
Cut device
square and
remove all
burrs

Cut device square.
Note: Device must
be cut square for
proper end cap fit

Tape
Cover plate
(flush to pushbar)
Pushbar
Tape and mark area being cut.
IMPORTANT: Dimension “C”
from pushbar to cut must be
no shorter than 10-3/4”

Remove
anti-rattle
clip
Slide anti-rattle clip into device.
