Ø1-3/8” for center hole and Ø1-3/16” for two side holes.
1. Insert SPOUT (1) hoses and Threaded ROD (2) through hole in mounting surface. Threaded ROD (2) to
be
oriented to the front of faucet, toward the sink. Place mounting bracket (3) onto Threaded ROD (2) and
tighten with a wrench. See Fig. 1.
2. Place flange NUT (5) and fiber WASHER (6) on valve BODY (7). Insert valve BODY (7), (blue/cold and
red/hot), through the hole in the mounting surface. Adjust and secure with FLANGE NUT (5a) so that the
top of VALVE (7) is 1-3/4" above the top of mounting surface before tightening down flange NUT (5).
See Figure 1.
3. Connect the loose end of flexible HOSE (8) to side outlet of valve BODY (7). (Hand-tighten and secure
each
connection with a wrench ¼ turn.) Repeat on other side. See Figure 2.
4. Connect hot/cold water supply to appropriate 1/2” NPSM valve BODY (7), utilizing one of the three fol-
lowing types of risers. Supply risers not included. See Figure 3.
a. 1/2” IPS flexible riser: discard rubber nosecone WASHER (10), friction WASHER (11) and coupling NUT
(12).
b. 3/8” or 1/2” OD bullnose riser: utilize friction WASHER (11) and coupling NUT (12).
c. 1/2” copper riser: utilize rubber nosecone WASHER (10), friction WASHER (11) and coupling NUT (12).
5. Install ESCUTCHEON (17), place broached ROD (13) with o-ring (14) onto STEM (18). Tighten BONNET (15)
over ROD (13) and onto ESCUTCHEON(17). Install HANDLE ASSEMBLY(16) over BONNET (15).
Note: Any adjustments for rotational alignment must be made to the valve BODY (7), not to the CARTRIDGE
(18). See Figure 4
6. Remove drain PLUG (19) from FLANGE (20). Place FLANGE (20) and white WASHER (21) through sink drain
opening. (Clear silicone may be used in place of white washer.) From bottom side of sink, place cone
shaped
rubber WASHER (22) onto FLANGE (20) and slide up against sink bottom. Note:Cone portion of washer-
should face upward,Next slide on clear flat WASHER (23) and secure with flange NUT (5). Place clear
WASHER (26) into drain BODY (24) and tighten to FLANGE (20). Apply thread sealant to TAILPIECE (25)
and attach to drain BODY (24). Attach TAILPIECE (25) to p-trap drain, not included. See Figure 5.
7. Insert ball ROD (30) into the drain rod OPENING (31); secure with ball rod NUT (33). Insert pop-up ROD
(27) through SPOUT (1) and secure to STRAP (28), approximately 1" from end of ROD (27), with SCREW
(29). Place drain PLUG (19) into FLANGE (20). Adjust the rise of the plunger and CLIP (33) into place.
Adjust ball ROD (30) and pop-up ROD (27) so drain will open and close properly. See Figure 6.
8. Remove AERATOR (34) from SPOUT (1), utilizing aerator KEY (35). Turn on water supply, and flush both
VALVES (7) until water is clear. Check for leaks and make any final adjustments required. Re-attach AER-
