9. Check the length of the Daystar upper control arm.
10. Install the control arm in the frame side first, using the supplied bolt
and nut plate. Do not tighten the bolt yet. Note (
The bend go’s to the
inside ).
11. With the frame side installed , install the arm into the axle control
arm mount. Install the bolt from the inside going out ward and the nut
to the out side.
Control arm assemble instructions
1. Lay out the control arms on a clean work service.
2. Lube the bushing, sleeve’s and then install them into the upper con-
trol arm.
3. Lube the bushing and steel tubing and install them into the threaded
rod end and install jam nut.
