E 013 Sensor cannot find - Message is displayed during the warm-up
level echo phase.
- If the message remains, the DK-value
of the medium could be too low.
Check the useful level and noise level.
See 4.2 Adjustment with adjustment module

If the message still remains, carry out a
new adjustment.
E 017 Adjustment span too small Carry out a new adjustment.
Make sure that the difference between min.
and max. adjustment is at least 10 mm.
E 036 Software update incorrect Return the instrument for repair.
- Sensor requires programming (service).
- Failure message remains also during a
current programming.
E 040 Hardware failure / Check all connection cables.
