23. Connect the new ¼” overflow hose to the radiator and to the stock hose using the ¼”
hose barb. We ran the hose along the top of the radiator. Use a zip tie to secure the hose.
24. Connect the overflow vent line to a location that will not allow the overflow to spray on
the rider. We connected ours to the front of the rack. Use a zip tie to secure the hose.
25. Using the blue butt connecters connect the fan wires on the back of the fan to the new
wires that you used to extend the fan connector.
26. Use all zip ties provided in the kit to secure all lines, hoses, and wires so that they do not
allow rubbing or touch moving parts.
27. Fill the radiator and overflow bottle with factory approved fluid. Make sure that all air is
removed from the system.
