6. Preassemble the new radiator relocating kit. Assemble the frame using the ¼ x ¾
carriage bolts (4ea), ¼ lock nuts (4ea), and ¼ flat washers (4ea).
7. The bottom of the stock radiator has two rubber grommets that you will need to place in
the holes at the base of the new face plate. They may still be attached to the frame and
did not come out when you removed the radiator.
8. Attach the radiator to the kit. Insert the ¼ x 3 ½ carriage bolts through the top of the face
plate. Place the one 10mm flat washer, one long spacer onto each bolt. Next place one
more flat washer on top of the spacers. Then place the radiator onto the bolts and
spacers, and fasten the radiator with the ¼ flat washers and ¼ lock nuts.
