9. Once the kit is assembled, place the kit on the front rack and temporarily mount it to the
rack. Next mark the holes that need to be drilled to allow the hoses and wires for the fan
to pass through the plastic and rack. Mark all holes and remove the radiator kit from the
rack.
10. Drill the holes using 1 ¾” hole saw.
11. Insert the hoses through the holes, cut enough hose to connect the inlet and outlet hoses
to the stock hoses you left connected to the ATV.
12. Drill one more hole using a 1 ½ hole saw for the over flow bottle intake and vent lines
and the fan wires
