11. Now that the radiator is in place, find the best route for the inlet and outlet hoses.

Avoid any sharp bending of the hoses. You want fluid to flow freely without
kinks or obstructions. In some cases you may need to cut holes in the plastic to
allow the lines to flow unobstructed.

12. When the best route is decided, connect the new hoses to the radiator using the

clamps provided in the kit. Seven feet of ¾” hose is provided in this kit. Cut as
needed.

NOTE:
For the purpose of installation the inlet hose refers to the hose that takes
water into the radiator and the outlet hose is the hose that sends water back to the
engine. The top of the radiator is where the inlet hose goes and the bottom of the
radiator is where the outlet hose goes.

13. This kit comes with two different types of hose connectors: Two ¾” connectors

and two ¾” to 1” adapter connectors. The ¾” to 1” adaptor is for Polaris ATV’s
manufactured from mid 2004 to current year models.

14. Once you have chosen the correct connector for your application, connect the

stock radiator lines to the new lines that run up to the rack mounted radiator. Use
the hose clamps provided in the kit.

15. Connect the overflow line to the radiator and run it down to the overflow

reservoir.
