7. Whichever location you choose, we recommend that you have a minimum of
three points fastened to the front rack. This will allow the radiator to be mounted
securely.
8. For non-tubular racks use the 8x35mm bolts, 8mm lock nuts, and 10mm flat
washers to connect the bracket to the rack. For tubular racks use the ¼ x 1 ¼”
bolts, ¼” lock nuts and 8mm washers to fasten the bracket to the rack.
9. Once the radiator bracket is mounted and secure, install the radiator and the fan
shroud to the mounting bracket on the underside of the bracket. Use the
8x20mm bolts, 10mm washers and 8mm lock nuts to connect the fan and radiator
to the bracket.
10. Install the radiator cover on the topside of the bracket. Use the 8x20mm bolts,
10mm washers and 8mm lock nuts to connect the cover to the bracket.
