4. Repeat the first three steps until you have all rods in place. Picturing the wheel as a
clock, you want to have the rods at 12, 4, and 7.
5. Using a socket on a drill and a wrench, tighten the rings together. Place the socket on the
portion of the rod that has the two 5/16 nuts and the wrench that has the single nut. Tighten
a little at a time rotating from rod to rod to ensure that you do not bend the rings.
Note: This is what is should look like when they are tight.
