Wheel Assembly Instructions:
1. Place the center of the wheel into the tire. Note direction of the tire to make sure the
valve stem is facing outward and the tire is running in the proper direction.
2. Next, place the rings on the outside of the tires running the all thread rod thru one ring,
then the center plate and finally the last ring.
3. Place a washer on the rod and then a 5/16 nut. Run the washer and nut down as far as
you can by hand.
