- Typematic Rate (Chars/Sec)
This option refers to character numbers typed per second by the keyboard. The default calue is “6”.
- Typematic Delay (Msec)
This option defines how many milliseconds must elapse before a held-down key begins generating repeat characters.
The default value is “250”.
- Security Option
This item allows you to limit access to the system and Setup, or just to Setup. The defauly value is “Setup”.
- APIC Mode
Use this item to enable or disable APIC (Advanced Programmable Unterrupt Controller) made that porvides symmetric
multi-processing (SMP) for systems.
- MPS Version Control For OS
This item specifies the version of the Multiprocessor Specification (MPS). Version 1.4 has extended configuration
tables to improve support for multiple PCI bus configurations and provide future expandibility.
- Small Logo (EPA) Show
If enabled, the EPA logo will appear during system booting up; if disabled, the EPA logo will not appear.
