- Quick Power On Self Test
This option speeds up Power on Self Test (POST) after you turn on the system power. If set as Enabled, BIOS will
shorten or skip some check items during POST. The default setting is “Enabled”.
- First/Second/Third Boot Device
These items let you select the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd devices that the system will search for during its boot-up sequence.
The wide range of selection includes Floppy, LS120, ZIP100, HDD0~3, SCSI, and CDROM.
- Boot Other Device
This item allows the user to enable/disbable the boot device not listed on the First/Second/Third boot devices option
above. The defauly setting is “Enabled”.
- Boot up Floppy Seek
During POST, BIOS will determine the floppy disk drive type, 40 or 80 tracks. 360Kb type is 40 tracks while 720Kb,
1.2 MB and 1.44MB are all 80 tracks. The default value is “Enabled”.
- Boot Up NumLock Status
Set the Num Lock status when the system is powered on. The default value is “On”.
- Gate A20 Option
The default value is “Fast”.
- Typematic Rate Setting
This item determines the typematic rate of the keyboard. The default value is “Disabled”.
