The XPower Powerpack is designed to provide years of
service. However, when the internal battery reaches the end
of its service life, the XPower Powerpack itself is no longer
of use. The internal battery is not designed to be user
replaceable.
Because the internal battery contains lead, which can be
hazardous if exposed to the environment, the XPower
Powerpack should be recycled or safely disposed of at your
local recycling depot.
As well, the NiMH batteries in the detachable flashlight are
not replaceable and should be disposed of in the same manner
as the XPower Powerpack.
Do not dispose of the XPower Powerpack or flashlight with
common household waste. Please ask your local authorities
about recycling services that are available in your area.
