4 Troubleshooting
Problem: AC product does not operate;
green LED is not illuminated

AC product connected
is rated at more than
60 W (75 W model) or
140 W (175 W
model); overload
shutdown occurs. Use product with a
power rating of less
than 60 W (75 W
model) or 140 W
(175 W model).
High starting surge
has caused overload
shutdown even though
AC product connected
is rated at less than
60 W (75 W model) or
140 W (175 W
model). Product exceeds
inverter’s surge
capability. Use a
product with starting
surge power of less
than 150 W (75 W
model) or 350 W
(175 W model).
Lighter socket or 12 V
outlet may require
ignition to be switched
on. Turn ignition key to
accessory position.
Poor contact with
lighter socket or 12 V
outlet. Press inverter firmly
into the lighter socket.
Ensure socket is clean.
