• Job Flow Sheets — facilitate routine workflows like expense report applications
or electronic routing and storing of incoming faxes
• Scan resolution — up to 600 x 600 dpi
• Thumbnail preview (optional) — view thumbnail preview of documents stored
in the mailbox
FAX FEATurES
The WorkCentre 7346 multifunction printer also offers optional fax capabilities that help further
consolidate office devices. This full-featured fax solution combined with the concurrency of the
WorkCentre 7346 multifunction printer means you won’t need a dedicated fax machine any longer.
Fax features include:
• Walkup fax — traditional 33.6 Kbps phone-line faxing via front panel with one- and
three-line options
• Network server fax — allows faxes to be sent and received digitally over the network with
support for SMTP and POP3
• Internet fax — transmits faxes digitally via the internet with support for SMTP and POP3
• LAN fax — transmits faxes digitally from desktop computers via print driver
• Fax forward to electronic destination — distributes received faxes to preset email addresses,
FTP or SMB location for archiving and distribution
• Large format support — print received faxes on 11 x 17 in. paper
• Two-sided fax — send and receive two-sided documents
• Secure fax — holds received faxes until PIN code is entered
