VOD-W License Diagnostics
License diagnostics will show the dongle key ID, the number of licensed seats, and the total
licensed throughput in megabytes per second.
T To run VOD-W server license diagnostics
1. Go to
Start > Control > Panel > InfoValue QuickVideo
.
2. On the Product Configuration window, click the
License
tab and then click
Run
Diagnostics
. The diagnostic results are saved to a log file in
C:\Program Files\Common
Files\infovalue\LicenseDiagnostic.log
.
3. Click
OK
to exit.
