up time. During the warm up you will control both speed and elevation.
After 2:00, if you have not achieved

target heart rate, the Treadmill will control the elevation to bring you to

5 BPM of your target heart rate. The timer begins to count down after
the 2:00 warm up. You will have control of the speed throughout the program.
