Answering system operation
Set the remote access code
Press SETUP twice and you will hear “Remote access code. To change the setting, press
change.”
2 Because the remote access code was set to 19 at the factory, press CHANGE and you will hear
the default code “19.”
3 Press and release CHANGE to advance the remote access code number by one Press and hold
CHANGE to advance the remote access code by 0
4 When the desired number is heard Press SETUP to save and advance to the next menu option
or press PLAY/STOP / to save and exit
Remote answering system operation
From any touch tone telephone, dial your telephone number
2 While the outgoing announcement is playing, enter your two-digit remote access code
3 Hang up to end the call and save all undeleted messages
If you pause for more than 0 seconds during remote access, you will hear a help menu listing all
features and commands If no command is entered for the following 20 seconds, the call will end
automatically
