Transferring a Call
You.can.transfer.a.call.from.one.station.to.another.
From the base - DCT7565 only From the handset
During.a.call,.press. [int’com/xfer].
The.call.is.automatically.placed.on.hold..
Select.the.handset.you.want.to.talk.with.
by.pressing. [1].to.[4]..To.page.all.the.reg-
istered.handsets,.press. [*/tone]..A.paging.
tone.sounds..To.cancel.the.transfer,.press.
[int’com/xfer].or.[speaker].
When.another.station.accepts.the.trans-
ferred.call,.you.will.be.disconnected..If.
you.want.to.rejoin.the.call,.press.
[speaker].again.

During.a.call,.press. [xfer/intercom].
Use. [ ].or.[ ].to.select.the.station.you.want.to.trans-
fer.the.call.to,.then.press. ..The.call.will.
be.automatically.be.placed.on.hold,.and.a.paging.tone.
sounds..To.cancel.the.transfer,.press. [ /flash].or.[ ].
When.another.station.accepts.the.transferred.call,.you.
will.be.disconnected..if.you.want.to.rejoin.the.call,..
press. [ /flash] or.[ ] again.

Answering a Transferred Call
When.a.station.receives.a.call.transfer,.it.sounds.a.paging.tone.and.shows.the.ID.of.the.station.that.is.paging..
To.accept.the.call.transfer:.
Press. [ /flash] or.[xfer/intercom].from.the.handset.or.[int’com/xfer] or.[speaker].on.the.DCT7565.base.
To.speak.to.the.caller,.press. [ /flash] on.the.receiving.handset.or.[speaker].on.the.DCT7565.base.
Only the first station to answer the transfer page will be connected to the call. If the transfer page is not
picked.up.within.one.minute,.the.operation.will.be.canceled.
