Using the Speakerphone
Both the handset and the base have a speakerphone. To use the
base speaker, press speaker instead of using the corded handset.
To use the handset speaker, press speaker instead of TaLk/FLasH .

make a call: Dial the number, then
to use the primary line - Press SPEAKEr . Press SPEAKEr .
to choose a line - Press lINE1 or lINE2 .*
answer a call
on the primary line - Press SPEAKEr . Press SPEAKEr .

Press the soft key for the line you want to
answer.*
switch a call to the
speakerphone
Press SPEAKEr . Press SPEAKEr .
switch back to the earpiece Pick up the corded handset. Press SPEAKEr .
hang up a speakerphone call Press SPEAKEr . Press END .
* On the handset, press speaker to switch from the earpiece to the speakerphone.
Changing the Volume
You can set the volume of the ringer, the earpiece, and the speaker-
phone separately for the base and each cordless handset. The
available volume levels and how to change them are listed below; for
each item, press up to make it louder or DoWN to make it softer.
