Calendar
You can select Calendar to view your calendar on a
Microsoft Exchange Server.
1. From the Options screen, select Calendar. The
calendar screen displays (shown right).
2. Select the Login to Outlook softkey.
The Calendar Login screen displays (shown
right).
3. Enter your Microsoft Outlook Username and
Password.
Notes
• Use the right softkeys corresponding to
either the Username or Password.
• Use the dial pad letters to enter the
Username and Password.
4. Select the right softkey corresponding to Cache
to check or uncheck Cache.
Note
Check Cache for the database to remember your Username and Password.
5. Select the Login softkey on the right.
Your meetings screen displays (shown below).
