installing backup batteries
Open the battery compartment at the top right side of your Security
Console and install four AA alkaline batteries (not supplied). You do
not need to disconnect power when installing or replacing batteries.
“TAMPER” appears in the display when you open the lid. After
installing your batteries, close the lid and enter your PIN to remove
“TAMPER” from your display.
locating your Security Console
Your Security Console can be placed on a table top or shelf. Or, you
can mount it on a wall, using the two slotted holes on the back of
your Security Console.

- Press to
start the menu or move
up through the menu
items.

down through the menu
items.
bypass/clear - Press to
clear entries, back up
through menu levels, and
to bypass door/window
sensors and/or motion
detectors.
am/on - Press to enter am in a time setting, or to
turn on a Plug ‘n Power module.
pm/off - Press to enter pm in a time setting, or to
turn off a Plug ‘n Power module.
ok - Use to confirm menu selections and other
functions (starts with pg. 6).
arm home - Press to arm your system while at home.
arm away - Press to arm your system when you leave home.
Slotted hole
You can insert the two
rubber feet (included
in your packaging) in
the slotted holes, if
you decide to place
your Security Console
on a table top or shelf.
