Regency P48-1 Zero Clearance Direct Vent Gas Fireplace

INSTALLATION
The P48-1 is approved for a maximum 40 ft. straight vertical, with Simpson
Dura-Vent Direct Vent GS vent systems for Propane and Natural Gas, as
per diagram.
The shaded area in the diagram shows all allowable combinations of straight
vertical and offset to vertical terminations with Simpson Dura-Vent Direct
Vent GS vent systems for Propane and Natural Gas. Maximum two 45
o
elbows allowed.
•
Vent must be supported at offsets
•
Firestops are required at each floor level and whenever passing
through a wall.
•
Maintain clearances to combustibles as listed on pages 6 to 9.
