Selecting the Outgoing Message

The system has two prerecorded outgoing
messages:

When the recording time is set to 1 or 4 (see

“Setting the Recording Time” on Page 35), the
system asks the caller to leave a message:
“Hello, no one is available to take your call.
Please leave a message after the tone.”

When the recording time is set to Announce

Only the system does not let the caller leave a
message: “Hello, no one is available to take
your call. Please call again.”
