2. Selecting a semaphore waiting queue

Select a method in which tasks wait for the semaphore. If TA_TFIFO is selected, tasks are enqueued
in order of FIFO. If TA_TPRI is selected, tasks are enqueued in order of priority beginning with the one
that has the highest priority.

Define the initial value of the semaphore counter.
4. Maximum value of the semaphore counter

Define the maximum value of the semaphore counter.
