Configuring a
broadband connection
Proceed as follows:

On the Start menu, click (Settings >) Control Panel.

The Control Panel window appears. Go to (Network and Internet Connections >)
Network Connections.

In the Network Tasks menu, click Create a new connection.
The New Connection Wizard appears:
Click Next to continue.
Note
In some cases, the wizard may ask you to give some information about
your current location. Enter the requested information and click OK.

In the next window, select Connect to the Internet:
Click Next to continue.

In the next window, select Set up my connection manually:
Click Next to continue.
