Configuring Services
The following commands provide the ability to configure the Dominion SX server services:
• DPA
• Encryption
• HTTP
• HTTPS
• Logout
• LPA
• SSH
• Telnet
dpa Command
The permitted TCP Port Range is 1024-65535.
When run without the mode parameter, the system displays the current dpa type.
The general syntax of the dpa command is:
dpa [mode ]
The syntax for accessing a port directly using tcp port# is::
ssh –l sx_user –p tcp_port_N sx_ip_addr
sx_user@sx_ip_addr's password:
telnet –l sx_user sx_ip_addr tcp_port_N
Password:
The syntax for accessing a port directly using the ip address assigned per port is:
ssh –l sx_user dpa_ip_addr
sx_user@dpa_ip_addr's password:
telnet –l sx_user dpa_ip_addr
