Configuring Preferred Name Match
You can configure your IP Phone 1220 to display the name of the caller
as defined in your Personal Directory. By default, the option is Off.
Use the following procedure to configure Preferred Name Match.

Telephone Options

Call
Log Options.

Press the
Up

Down
keys to scroll,
and select
Preferred Name Match
.

Press the
Enter
key.
4.
Press the
Up
or
Down
keys to scroll,
and select one of the following:
— Preferred name match: On
— Preferred name match: Off
or
Cancel
Select
