TO MONITOR A MESSAGE AS IT IS RECORDED

1 When you hear your extension ring, wait until you see the live
monitor feature key on the phone flashing red.
2 Press the live monitor feature key on the phone. The caller’s
message plays on the speaker as the message is being recorded.
3 To stop listening, press the Soft Key below the CANCEL option on
the phone display. Or, to connect to the caller, pick up the handset.
