The Power LED is red and blinking on/off.
When one or more of the power supply voltages is missing, the red LED blinks
on and off.
Remove Connector P5
No
Is the LED still
blinking red?
Check D1-Board.
Check SS/SC-Boards.
Yes
Blinking stops
But still no picture
Check the output of the
P-Board.
No
Remove Connector P1, P2.
Is the Power LED still
blinking red?
Yes
