5.3.6 Remote Monitoring Software Trouble Shooting Guide
What if the server ask to upgrade the software every time when you try to
connect to the DVR series unit unit? If the following screen displays
repeatedly, please follow the steps to delete the temporary internet files.
• Select from the main menu of the web browser, then
Options>, and then click the tab.
• Click the button in the field; the
screen displays as below.
• Check the box and click .
• Now, enter the IP address of your DVR series unit to make the connection
again.
