Display when faxes are received
in memory

Press (Call/Fax list), then (Fax list).

Press (Search
button) to select a
fax to display.

Press (Display) to view the fax
(see below for detail).

To print the displayed page,
press (Print a Page).

To view other faxes, press (Return) and repeat
steps 2–3. To exit the program, press (Stop).
Viewing faxes stored in memory
 To enlarge or reduce content
Press (Turn/Zoom) (Zoom) to enlarge or reduce the display content in the following order:
Normal
→ Enlarge(double size) → Reduce(half size) → Normal…
 Scroll pages
To show the next page: Press (Scroll page) (Next page).
To show the previous page: Press (Scroll page) (Previous page).
Information about display
When new faxes are received in memory, (Call/
Fax list) will light on.

It will also light on when a call is missed.
(For Number Display service users.)

Even if an SD Memory Card is inserted, new faxes will
be received in the main unit memory. (To save the faxes
to the SD Memory Card, see page 22.)
 To scroll display contents
The display contents can be scrolled
up, down, left and right.
