With the KX-TDA Hospitality
Solution, the receptionist can
check-in/out guests using system
telephones, and even generate a
detailed call record printout as
guests wait to check-out. Remote
wake up or reminder alarms can
also be set up for guest during
their stay.

The HAI is a suite of software components
that allows third party hotel management
packages such as Property Management
Software (PMS) or Fidelio, to fully integrate
with the KX-TDA systems, providing a more
efficient level of service to customers.
Front of House - HAI is a bi-directional
interface providing monitoring and
control between the TDA system and
hospitality applications.

Call logging - all calls can be logged and
reported for accurate billing and analysis. Call
charging is provided by some PMS and front
end applications. If these do not support or
feature call charging, Panasonic recommend
Comms Office to provide this facility (see p20).
HAI PC requirements: Pentium II 300Mhz or higher,
128mb RAM (min 256mb recommended), 1 free serial
port (if connecting to KX-TD), 1 free USB port (to connect
to KX-TDA 600/200/100/30/15 Base T network card for
KX-TDA with CTI link card), Windows operating systems:
2000 Pro, 2000 Server, XP Pro, NT4 , System software
levels: KX-TDA 30/100/200 - all software revisions
