ASSEMBLY
NOTE: Raise the tiller before starting to assemble the Revo.
1. Place the manual freewheel lever in the drive (down) posi-
tion.
2. Raise the tiller and tighten the tiller adjustment knob.
3. Place the battery/charger pack on the frame. See figure 20.
4. Reconnect the wiring harness to the rear of the battery/charger
pack. See figure 21.
5. Secure the battery/charger pack into position.
6. Replace the seat.
7. Rotate the seat until it locks into place.
LIFTING THE REVO
The Revo is small and lightweight for optimal transportability. To
lift the Revo and place it into a transport vehicle, use the rear
bumper and the tiller grip as hand holds. See figure 22.
n If one person is lifting the Revo (see figure 23) it is advisable
to remove the battery/charger pack.
n When it is necessary for two people to lift the Revo, refer to
figure 24 for the proper lifting positions.
