Revo
DISASSEMBLY
No tools are required to disassemble or assemble your Revo. Always disassemble or assemble your scooter on a
level, dry surface with sufficient room for you to work. Keep in mind that the disassembled sections of the Revo
take up more floor space than the assembled Revo.
You can disassemble the Revo into three pieces: the seat, weighing 23 lbs., the frame, weighing 62 lbs., and the
battery/charger pack, weighing 32 lbs. Place the scooter in an area where you have sufficient clearance to move
the parts around.

eighth of a turn, and lift the seat up and off the Revo. See figure 18.
2. Lift the battery/charger pack up and off the frame and rest it on the
left side of the scooter as shown in figures 19 and 20.
3. Unplug the wiring harness from the rear of the battery/charger pack.
See figure 21.
4. Grab the hand grip on the tiller, loosen the tiller adjustment knob, and
gently lower the tiller down to the center of the Revo chassis until it is
fully lowered. See figure 22.
5. Fully tighten the tiller adjustment knob.
