NOTE The EBMs must be installed below the UPS as shown in Figure 2.
5. Slide the EBMs into the rack.
6. Secure the cabinets to the rack according to the rail kit instructions.

7. Plug the EBM cable(s) into the battery connector(s) as shown in
Figure 3. Up to four EBMs may be connected to the UPS.

Two-in-One UPS (700–2000 VA) User’s Guide for installing the UPS.
NOTE The batteries charge to 80% capacity in approximately 2 hours. However, it is
recommended that the batteries charge for 36 hours after installation or long-term storage.
NOTE If you installed power management software and EBMs, ensure maximum battery
runtime by using the ERM configurator tool on the Software Suite CD.
