• The FM modulator should be mounted under the dash board…as close as possible to the
existing radio / head unit.
• The Control Display Unit (CDU) should be installed at a convenient location on the dash board.
It should be installed where it will not cause driver distraction. It is mounted with “dual-lock
fastening tape” (included in the kit). However, it should not be mounted where it will be exposed to
direct and extended sun light (i.e., do not mount it on top of the dash board under the windshield
in direct sun light).
