ERROR MESSAGES
You may sometimes receive the following common error messages
while using the printer. Please follow the following instructions if you
encounter them.
Error Message Action
No ribbon
cartridge in the
printer.
The ribbon is
finished.
Not enough
ribbon for the
next printing.
Load a ribbon cartridge in the printer
and try again. Follow the procedure
under the section on “ loading the
ribbon cartridge”
Unload the ribbon cartridge and load a
new one. Follow the procedure under
the section on “Replacing the ribbon
cartridge.”
Replace the ribbon cartridge before
proceeding on with the next print job.
