DVR Menu Operation (Continued)
HDD Format
Initializes the HDD (Hard Disk Drive): deletes all stored recorded contents.
1 Press MENU.
The main menu appears.
2 Use 3 / 4 to choose the DVR menu then press 2 or (SELECT) to
move to the second level.
3 Use 3 / 4 to choose the HDD Format option then press (SELECT)
or 2.
4 Choose HDD Format option and set (On or Off) using 3 / 4 then
press (SELECT).
Recording Quality
Sets the HD DVR’s recording quality. Better recording quality shortens the
recording time available and lower recording quality yields longer recording
times.
1 Press MENU.
The main menu appears.
2 Use 3 / 4 to choose the DVR menu then press 2 or (SELECT) to
move to the second level.
3 Use 3 / 4 to choose the Record Quality option then press
(SELECT) or 2.
4 Choose the Record Quality option (Best, High, Medium, or Basic)
using
3 / 4 then press (SELECT).
