Press [Enter Name], then enter
the name for the user code.
This can be used to attach the
user name to documents in the
document server. You do not
need to enter a user code for this.

To continue registering user
codes, press [Continue to
Program], and then re-peat the
procedures from step 6.

Press the [OK] key.

Press the [Exit] key.
The display returns to the initial
settings screen.
To Change the User Code

Press the User Tools/Counter key.
