Dumping Received Data
It is possible to print data received by the printer as hexadecimal code for the purposes of debugging
programs and files.
1. Pressing the ENTER key once while >Print HEX-DUMP is shown on the message display
will cause a ? to flash.
2. Send data to be dumped to the printer while the ? is flashing.
3. Pressing the ENTER key again will print the corresponding pages of dumped data. Once the
dumped data you require has been output, it is possible to cancel the printing of any further
dumped data by taking the printer offline by pressing the ON LINE key and then pressing the
CANCEL key.
4. Once all data has been received, the message Waiting will appear. Press the FORM FEED
key to finish printing.
