Introduction
W
elcome to the world of the KODAK EKTAPRO Slide
Projectors. You are, with your EKTAPRO Slide Pro-
jector, holding one of the newest generation KODAK
projectors. It will certainly help you meet your current and future
35 mm slide projection challenges.
A few benefits of your new KODAK EKTAPRO Slide Projector are
listed below. We wish you much pleasure in presenting with this
projector.
-
H
ighest precision
All functions are continually monitored and controlled with the
highest precision by the built-in microprocessor. This, for exam-
ple, guarantees that the slide change time will always be kept,
independent of the voltage used.
-
O
ptical quality
All important structural elements for the optical equipment such
as the slide gate and base for the lens mount housing are in die-
cast, and adjustment problems are, thereby, minimized.
-
C
ommunication
Connection to the PC world! You are able to communicate with the
projector via a connected PC with the help of EKTAPRO P-COM
Protocol- the projectors communications language. The interface
is called P-Bus.
Total integration of the projector into the multimedia scene is now
realizable.
-
C
onvenience
Working with EKTAPRO Projectors means presenting with the
greatest of ease: Standby, no-slide-no-light, integrated dissolver
and random access are but a few of the features.
-
F
lexibility
The modular design, lamp module and the module expansion slot
allow your projector to be constantly adapted to today and future
developments.
-
U
p-to-date
Due to environmental and recycling reasons EKTAPRO Slide
Projectors are not varnished. This is visible on the shade-differ-
ences of the housing.
