Menu functions
Group (Menu 2.3)
Use this menu to organise your contacts in caller
groups.
Creating a new caller group
1. Press <Options> and select Add.
2. Enter a name for the group.
3. Select the Caller ID line and select an image.
4. Select the Ringtone line and select a melody.
5. Press <Save> to save the group.
Adding members to a caller group
1. Select a group.
2. Press <Add>. The list of contacts stored in your
phone’s memory is displayed.
3. Press [ ] to select specific contacts you want to
add to the selected group and press <Select>.
4. To add more members, press <Options> and
select Add → a contact.
5. Repeat step 4 as desired.
Managing caller groups
While viewing the group list, press <Options> to
access the following options:
• View: display the members of the selected group.
• Add: add a new group.
• Edit: change the properties of the selected group.
• Send message: send an SMS, MMS, or e-mail
message to the member(s) you want.
• Delete: delete the selected group or all groups.
Group members, however, are not deleted from
Phonebook.
Speed dial (Menu 2.4)
Use this menu to assign a speed dial number (2 to 9)
for eight of your most frequently called numbers.
Assigning speed dial numbers
1. Select a key location from 2 to 9. [1] is reserved
for your voice mail server.
2. Select a contact you want from the contact list.
