ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Remove

HEX HEAD BOLTS(M8 x 16mm)(74)

and

LOCK WASHERS(M8)(88)

from the

RIGHT

PIVOT(45).

Keep the

PEDAL RAIL CONNECTOR(43)

on the

RIGHT PIVOT(45).

Then insert the

right

PEDAL RAIL ASSEMBLY

onto the

RIGHT PIVOT(45)

and secure with

HEX HEAD BOLTS

(M8 x 16mm)(74)

and

LOCK WASHERS(M8)(88).

Do not tighten the bolts. Insert the bolt on the

PEDAL SLIDER(51)

into the hole on the

RIGHT PEDAL ARM CONNECTOR(56)

and secure with

NYLOCK NUT(M10)(86)

and

WASHER(M10)(90).

Tighten

BOLTS(M8 x 16mm)(74).

Repeat on

the left side.

STEP 3
NOTE:

There is a

"L"

decal on the

LEFT PEDAL SUPPORT(49)

attached to the left

PEDAL RAIL

ASSEMBLY.

Attach the left

PEDAL RAIL ASSEMBLY

to the left side of the Elliptical unit. There is a

"R"

decal on the

RIGHT PEDAL SUPPORT(50)

attached to the right

PEDAL RAIL ASSEMBLY.

Attach the right

PEDAL RAIL ASSEMBLY

to the right side of the Elliptical unit.

The lip on the

PEDAL CAPS(46)

must face inside. The sides without a lip face outside as

shown.

STEP 4:

Attach the

PEDAL CAPS(46)

onto the

LEFT

and

RIGHT PEDAL SUPPORTS(49, 50)

with

ROUND HEAD BOLTS(M6 x 25mm)(65).

Slide the

PEDAL DIVIDERS(47)

into one of the four slots

on the

PEDAL CAPS(46)

to fit your shoes. You may select the front or the back of the

PEDAL CAPS(46)

for foot placement. You will have more vertical movement in the Elliptical stride if you place your feet at the
back of the

PEDAL CAPS(46).
