The battery does not charge.
Make sure you have connected your tablet device and the AC adapter, the AC adapter and the AC power cord (mains lead), and
the AC power cord (mains lead) and an AC outlet (wall socket) securely.
If the temperature of the tablet device rises while using applications, connecting to the Internet, sending/receiving an e-mail, using
the built-in camera, playing back videos/music, etc., the battery may not be charged. In this case, shut down the running
applications. The battery will begin to charge when the tablet device returns to normal temperature.
Charging the battery via a USB port is not supported when your tablet device is connected to a computer or a battery charger.
